মিশন
আমাদের মিশন হলো: প্রতিটি ক্যান্সার রোগীর জন্য নির্ভরযোগ্য, উন্নত ও সহানুভূতিশীল মেডিকেল অনকোলজি সেবা নিশ্চিত করা যাতে তাঁদের জীবনের গুণমান উন্নয়ন হয় এবং সম্ভাব্য সর্বোচ্চ উন্নতি সাধন করা যায়।

উদ্দেশ্যগুলি

1. ক্যান্সারের নির্ণয় ও চিকিৎসায় কেমোথেরাপি, হরমোন থেরাপি ও ইমিউনোথেরাপি-সহ সর্বাধুনিক পদ্ধতি প্রয়োগ করা।

2. রোগীর মোট চিকিৎসা পরিকল্পনায় অংশ নেয়া ও অন্যান্য বিভাগের সাথে ঘনভাবে সমন্বয় সাধন করা।

3. ক্যান্সার-থেরাপি সংক্রান্ত জটিলতাগুলো দ্রুত সনাক্ত ও দক্ষভাবে চিকিৎসা প্রদান করা।

4. ইনডোর, আউটডোর ও ডে-কেয়ার সেবার মাধ্যমে রোগীদের ব্যক্তিগত অবস্থার উপযোগী যত্ন নিশ্চিত করা।

5. রোগীর স্বার্থ ও সুরক্ষাকে সর্বোচ্চ প্রাধান্য দিয়ে মানবিক ও সম্মানজনক পরিবেশে সেবা প্রদান করা।

6. মেডিকেল অনকোলজি বিভাগের কর্মীদের সক্ষমতা উন্নয়নের জন্য নিয়মিত প্রশিক্ষণ ও গবেষণা-উদ্দীপক কার্যক্রম চালু রাখা।

7. জাতীয় ও আন্তর্জাতিক নীতিমালা ও মান অনুসরণ করে স্বাস্থ্যসেবার মান উন্নয়ন করা।
