NICRH is supported by a dedicated nursing
workforce of approximately 574 sanctioned nurses. Among them, 483
nurses are actively serving at the hospital, while 91 nurses
are on deputation or attachment from different government
health institutions and nursing colleges.
Our nurses are highly qualified:

degrees.

124 nurses hold a BSc
in Nursing.

3 nurses are currently pursuing
PhD programs abroad at different universities.

The Nursing Department of NICRH
is actively engaged in research and academic development to promote
evidence-based nursing practice and quality patient care. Approximately 15
nurses have completed academic research activities, with several studies
published in national and international journals. In 2025, seven research
papers were published on various nursing and healthcare topics. Several ongoing
research projects further reflect the department’s commitment to professional
development, continuous learning, and academic excellence.
